Green Tomato Chutney || Pacchi Tomato Pachhadi ||పచ్చి టమాటో పచ్చడి ఇలా చేస్తే .. ||Wirally Food

Description :

This chutney made with Green Tomatoes is full of flavours and has a tangy touch to it.

Ingredients
4 Green tomatoes
50 grams Green chillies
Curry leaves
1/2 cup of Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Dil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Bengal gram
1/2 tsp Urad dal
1 Dry red chilli
2 tsp Oil
Tamarind
Garlic
Salt (As per taste)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida

Procedure:
1. In a pan, dry roast sesame seeds, dil and let them cook until they turn golden brown. Grind them into a fine powder.
2. Now, take a pan and heat oil and add green tomatoes to it. Cook, it covered for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Add, green chillies and cook it for another 5 minutes.
3. To this, add tamarind, garlic and cook it covered for 3 minutes on a medium flame. Transfer this to a mixie jar, add coriander leaves, garlic and grind it into a fine paste. Add salt and the ground sesame powder and mix it thoroughly.
4. Now, for tempering, take a tempering bowl or a small bowl and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, bengal gram, urad dal, red chilly, asafoetida in oil.
5. Once, they are tempered, add it to the chutney and mix it slowly.
