– Vermicelli / Sevaiyan
– 1 Small Onion chopped
– 2 Tomatoes chopped
– Green Chillies to taste
– 1 Teaspoon of Jeera
– 1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds
– 1/2 Teaspoon of Hing
– 2 Teaspoons of Salt (or to taste)
– 1 Teaspoon of Coriander Powder
– 1/2 Teaspoon of Garam Masala
– 2 Teaspoons of Chilli Powder
– 1/2 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
– 3-4 Tablespoons of Ooil
– Some boiling water
– Cilantro to garnish
