Kadhi is one of the most famous and common dishes in Rajasthan. You can find this in on the menu of any restaurant, and it will be served with joy! Ingredients:
3-4 cups butter milk
2 and 1/2 tablespoons besan (Gram flour)
1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoons red chilli powder
3 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
3 finely chopped green chillies
-For the seasoning you will need:
1 and 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 and 1/2 teaspoons methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons asafoetida
9-10 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Finally garnish it with some finely chopped coriander leaves, and voila! Have it with some rice or puris and enjoy!
