Ingredients for boiling the Peas:
– Around 12 cups of green peas
– 2 tsp Salt
-Some Water
Ingredients for making the Ragda:
– 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
– 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
– 5 Green Chillies (or to taste)
– 3-5 Dried Red Chillies
– 1/2 Onion
– 1 Tomato
– 7-8 Cloves
– 1 inch Ginger
– 4 & 1/2 tbsp Dried Shredded Coconut
– 2 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
– 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
– 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
– 4 tbsp Coriander Seeds
– 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
– 1 tsp Nutmeg Powder
– Some Water
– 3 tbsp oil
– 2 tsp Chilli Powder
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tsp Chaat Masala
Components for the Masala Chaat:
-The Masala Ragda
– Some Puris
– Some Chopped Onion
– Some finely chopped Coriander leaves
– Some thin Sev
– Some sweet Curd (Yogurt)
– Some chilli powder
