– 2-3 Cups of Besan
– 1 & 1/2 tsp Salt
– 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tsp Coriander Powder
– 1 tsp Ajwain Seeds
– Pinch of Soda
– 1/2 tsp Hing
– 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
– Some Water
– Some oil for frying
– Bread of your choice
