Ingredients:
1/2 cup dosa rice (or any raw rice)
1/2 cup kala chana or kadalekalu
2 – 5 red chillies (as per your spice level)
2cm length ginger or shunti
1/2 tsp cumin seeds or jeerige
Few curry leaves
Some coriander leaves
Big pinch of asafoetida or hing
Ghee or oil for cooking
Salt as per your taste
