Boil and mash three potatoes
Boiled egg-3
Chopped onions -1tbsp
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Chopped ginger and garlic – 2tsp
Chili flakes – 1 tsp
chopped green chilli-1tsp
Black pepper powder -1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2tsp
Chopped curry leaves – 1 tsp
maida-1/2cup+cornflour-2tbsp
breadcrumbs-1cup
