I have seen you use those black coloured standard measuring cups in your other videos. Is that what you used to measure the bele here? IT looks like a lot more than 1/4 th cup. The tamarind pulp looks so light. Is that the lightness suggested for this recipe or does the tamarind in Jaipur only look so light but still has the same sourness as the proper almost black pulp our south Indian tamarinds give?
