Vegetable Kootu is an easy and simple sambar variant made with veggies, coconut masala & lentils. It is like a sambar, yet has its unique taste, flavor, and savouriness. This is typically served with a combination of flavored rice, but a perfect combination with hot steamed rice, idli, dosa.
Today I cooked this Vegetable Kootu recipe and made it EXTRAORDINARY using MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic, which is a blend of roasted spices like green cardamom, clove and aniseed which elevates the flavor and aroma of the dish.
