Christmas Special Chicken Stew||Kerala Chicken Stew||നാടൻ ചിക്കൻ ഇഷ്ടു

Chicken stew is a traditional dish and an excellent combination with Kerala breakfast dishes like appam,idiyappam,puttu etc.Usually chicken stew is made of chicken cooked in coconut milk and flavored with whole spices.

Here I added fresh coconut milk though you can add coconut milk powder.Use a good brand of coconut milk powder.Take 2.5 tablespoon coconut milk powder and mix it in 1 cup of warm water and that is first coconut milk(thick).Take 2 or 2.5 Tbsp in 2 cup of warm water and mix well.That is thin milk/second one.
