Ingredients:
Beef – 1.5 kg
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbspn
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tspn
Coriander powder – 1 tbspn
Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 1/4 tbspn
Meat masala – 1/2 tbspn
Coconut oil – 1 tbspn
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Salt – to taste

Onion, medium – 3
Curry leaves- 2 sprig
Raisins – a few
Cashew nut- a few

For beef masala :
Oil – as required
whole garam masala – a few
Onion, medium – 5
Ginger garlic green chilly paste – 3 tbspn
Tomato medium- 3
Turmeric powder – half tspn
Coriander powder – 2 tbspn
Fennel powder – half tbspn
Youghurt- 2 tbspn
Cashew paste- a handful cashew grind with water
Coriander leaves – a few
Mint leaves – a few

Oil – as required
Whole garam masala – a few
Onion- 1 medium
Basmati rice – 6 glasses
Hard boiled water- 9 glasses
Coriander leaves- a few
Mint leaves – a few
Cows milk – half glass
Sugar – a pinch
Ginger garlic green chilly paste 1 tbspn
Pineapple pieces- a few

In a cooker, add beef pieces and all the ingredients given under “for pressure cooking”.
Close it and cook for 4 whistles.
Fry onion, cashes nuts and raisins and drain them, set aside.
In a wide bottomed pan,heat oil and saute whole garam masala.
Saute sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato now.
Saute masala powders given under beef masala ingredients.
Add beef, youghurt, Cashew paste and mix well.
Add leaves, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Heatoil in a vessel, saute whole garam masala, onion, cutty leaves.
Saute drained rice for few minutes.
Ass leaves, salt, sugar, milk, ginger garlic paste a d mix well.
Close it and cook for 10 minutes under medium flame.
Open it, add few fried items and mix well.
Close and cook for another 5 minutes.
Heat the same vessel add beef masala, cooked rice all fried items, turmeric mixed in milk,garam masala, leaves and pineapple pieces.
Close it and keep it on a hot dosa pan and keep weight over the lid for few minutes.
