മുട്ട പൊരിയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ എന്ത് കാര്യം എന്നല്ലേ?||Kerala Style Mutta Porichathu|Kerala Omelette

Ingredients:

Egg- 3 Nos
Salt- as required
Pepper powder- a pinch
Green chilly- as per your tolerance,3
Ginger- a small piece,finely chopped
Onion- a small,chopped
Curry leaves- a few,finely chopped
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Coconut,shredded- 3 tablespoon
Oil-to grease the pan
Milk- 1 tablespoon

In a bowl,break the eggs.

Add chopped shallots,green chillies,curry leaves ,scrapped coconut to this.

Add turmeric powder,required salt, milk as well.

Mix well everything combined together and keep aside.

Heat a pan and grease with some oil.

Bring down the flame to low.

Pour the egg mixture in it.

Close it with a lid and let it cook one side.

Remove the lid , Sprinkle pepper powder and flip it to the other side.

When both sides cooked well turn off the flame now.

Cut the omelette into desired shapes.
