Unsalted butter- 250 gram
Eggs- 3 big or 4 small
Sugar (not powdered)- 1 cup+ 1/2 cup
Spices powder -1 to 1.5 teaspoon (Nutmeg,Cardamom,Cinnamon,cloves)
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon
Orange peel- 1 teaspoon
Dry fruits- 2.5 cups to 3 cups
Red wine- 2 tablespoon
