Youghurt- 1 cup
Grated coconut- almost 1 cup
Chilly powder – 1/4 tspn
Ginger – a small piece
Green chilly- 2 or 3
Dry red chillies- 2 or 3
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tspn
Shallots- 11 cloves
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Mustard seeds- as required in the recipe
Coconut oil- as required
Salt- to taste
