Ingredients:-

2 cups Instant Oats Flour
1 Cup Semolina/ Rawa / Sooji
1 Cup Curd
1 Cup Grated Carrots
1 Cup Finely Chopped Beans
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2-3 green chillies
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Salt to taste
