In this video I am sharing a recipe for basic eggless vanilla flavoured Sponge Cake. This cake comes out really soft, spongy and fluffy. Its very simple and easy to make too.

इस विडियो में मैं बिना अंडे का वैनिला स्पंज केक बनाने की रेसिपी शेयर कर रही हूँ। यह केक बहुत ही नरम, स्पंजी और स्वादिष्ट बनता है। इसे बनाना भी बहुत ही आसान है।

Ingredients:-

Plain flour – 250 grams or 1 and 3/4 cup
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Condensed milk – 400 grams or 1 can
Melted butter – 100 grams or 1/2 cup
Curd – 200 grams or 3/4 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons

  • Hi really liked the recipe. But have a query, normally the cakes are baked at 180 degree any so why is it that you bake it at 150 degree….wat difference does it make if baked at 150. And alsi d store bought pineapple cake cakes even the egg less one has this nice spongy texture n it's d same in the whole sponge n don't vary why is that so? pls help m out by clarifying these … thanks
