Bay Leaf – 1
Dried Red Chillies – 2
Panch Phoron – 1.5 teaspoon
Cube Potato – 1 large
Chopped Pointed Gourd – 1 cup
Chopped Carrots – 1/2 cup
Drumstick – 1
Chopped Banana Stem – 1 cup
Cauliflower Florets – 1 cup
Cubed Pumpkin – 1 cup
Chopped Brinjal – 1 cup
Chopped Ridge Gourd – 1 cup
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Ginger Paste – 1 tablespoon
Water – 1 cup
Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Slit Green Chillies – 2
Cumin Powder – 1.5 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 teaspoons
Garam Masala – 1.5 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Chopped Corriander – handful
Salt – to taste
Sugar – to taste
