No Bengali meal is complete without a serving of chutney in the end. This Bengali Raw Mango Chutney ( kacha Aamer Chatni ) is an absolute must during summers. Its easy to make yet so delicious and lip smacking.

Ingredients:-

Raw Mangoes – 4 large
Mustard Oil – 4 tablespoons
Dried Red Chillies – 4
Panch Phoron – 1 tablespoon
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Salt – to taste.

How to make Panch Phoron :-

Mix Cumin seeds (Jeera), Mustard seeds (Sarson), Nigella (Mangrela/kalongi), Fennel seeds (Saunf) and fenugreek seeds (Methi) in equal parts. Your Panch Phoron is ready!
