It does not need any Icecream maker or machine. Just a hand mixer will suffice.
Ingredients
Egg yolks-4
Full cream milk/ semi- skimmed milk- 1 1/4 cup or 300 ml
Sugar -6 tbsp
Cornflour – 1/4 tsp
Whipping cream- 300 ml
Milk chocolate – 200 gms
Dark chocolate – 50 gms
Milk chocolate- 50 gms
