Hi aunty, clear explanation, can v prepare this with the rice flour available in the shop.
Hi mam, today I tried athirasam,,, came very well,,, but the issue was I did well as shown in the video like paagu, Patham… But after adding rice flour, the mixture was little but runny,,, since in videos, shown like the mixture should sit for 24 hrs, but with in 2 hrs I started preparing,,, when I put it in oil, it became soft and splitter… But by putting think, I managed making athirasam..

Hello mam I tried this but it separated in oil. Maavu s very thick . I added bit more flour I think. Now wat can I do with that mix.

I followed ur instruction but when I tried deep frying it split and broke into pieces. I added extra rice rice flour and allowed it to sit for couple of hours even then I didn't get it kept breaking . You think the problem is with syrup consistency or any other issue?
