INGREDIENTS
1.BLack gram -1 and 1/2cups
2.red chilli-3
3. Green chilli-4
4.onion-1
5.finely chopped curry leaves-2tsp
6.finely chopped coriander leaf–5tsp
7.asafoetida-2tsp
8.oil for frying
METHODS
1.Soak urad dal in water for 2to 3hrs
2.Drain the water from dal and keep aside
3.In a blender ,add the red chilli, green chilli, urad dal,asafoetida,salt and grind the urad dal bit coarsely paste no need add water
4.Take a bowl,add the grinded paste,add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves,asafoetida mix everything well.
5.Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai
6. Take water in a bowl, wet your right hand take a round batter and make a hole and put it to the kadai
7.Fry vadai in medium flame until golden brown and crispy
8.Now whole urad dal vadai ready and serve with coconut chutney and sambhar
