INGREDIENTS
1. Runner beans-250g[chopped]
2. moog dal-50g
3.chilli powder-1tsp
4.turmeric powder-1/2tsp
5.grated coconut-3tsp
6.small onion-5[chopped]
FOR TEMPERING
1,oil-2tsp
2.mustard seed-1/2tsp
3.urad dal-1/2tsp
4.Asafotida-2tsp
5.curry leaves
6.coriander leaves
METHOD
1. Take a kadai,put the oil and when it is hot add mustard ,urad dal ,asafoetida ,curry leaf ,once it crackles add chopped onion and fry for few second
2,Add the chopped runner beans and fry for few second add required salt
3.Add the moong dal and add one cups of water ,add the chilli pow and turmeric pow ,cook for 10 to 15min
4.Once the moisture absorbed and then add grated coconut and stir
5.Now runner bean poriyal ready and serve hot
