Whether it may be little get together or weekend family lunch one of my favourite recipe is the ennai kathirikai kulambu, For me this is a dual dish where you can use the kulambu kathirikai as side dish. So if you do not wish to prepare any poriyal then it would not be a problem at all.
Ennai kathirikai is one of the best side dish for curd rice. If you haven’t tried give it a try and let me know how you liked it.
