We call this roti as ukkarisida Rotti / ubbida rotti in kannada. Enjoy this with any Chutney or sagu or even goes well with gojju.
Ragi I used here is black one, you will find brown ragi as well.
Ingredients:
1 cup ragi flour/ finger millet flour
1¼ cup water
½ tsp salt
1 tsp oil or ghee

Ragi is calcium rich, iron rich millet. This is the best breakfast for kids as well.
