ingredients:
1 seemebadanekayi / chayote squash
For seasoning:
2 tsp coconut oil or ghee
mustard seeds
uddina bele / urad dal
10 curry leaves
~1/4 tsp turmeric powder
To grind:
mustard seeds
grated coconut
2 to 4 green chilis(optional)
yogurt/curd( i am using vegan(non dairy) curd)
little jaggery
~1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt or salt to taste
