Ingredients:
200 grams of ready made shavige (I have used dragon shavige)
boil 5 to 6 cups of water for 200 grams of ready made shavige
1 small onion
1 small carrot
small capsicum
generous amount of chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup or more grated fresh coconut
few curry leaves
For seasoning:
3 tsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp kadale bele/chana dal/split bengal gram
1/2 tsp uddina bele/urad dal/split black gram
10 to 15 cashews or 2 tbsp peanuts/groundnut
3 to 4 green chilies
3/4 tsp salt or salt to taste
pinch of turmeric powder
