Puri unde/puffed rice/roasted poha laddu is the traditional sweet that we usually see at weddings and some festivals. We grew up eating this puri unde along with chakkali (unde-chakli) –
ಮದುವೆ ಮನೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಚಕ್ಲಿ, ಪುರಿ ಉಂಡೆ ಬಾಗಿನ ಕಟ್ಟಿಟ್ಟ ಬುತ್ತಿ ಅಲ್ವ. ಆಗೆಲ್ಲ ಅಂದರೆ ಚಿಕ್ಕವರಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಇದರ ಬೆಲೇನೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ದೂರ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗಲೆ ಇದರ ರುಚಿ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವುದು. ಮಾಡೋದೇನು ಕಷ್ಟ ಇಲ್ಲ, ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕೆನಿಸಿದರೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಇದರ recipe:

I tried unde i made only 5 after that I could not but puffed rice was still warm only then also each puffed rice got seperate what would be the reason

I followed the consistency as per the video, but when i started rolling the balls…not all balls were intact. Some of the balls just opened up….can you please advise what would have gone wrong
