erulli gojju | Onion Gojju|small onion gojju recipe
easy to make and best with chapati, rotti, idli….
Vegan and gluten free side dish.
Ingredients:
For seasoning:
1 1/4 to 1.5 cup of small sambar/pearl onion(clean it and keep it ready)
3 tsp oil
pinch of hing
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Also we need:
small keylime size tamarind (wash and soak in water)
1 cup water
4 to 5 curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 to 2 tbsp jaggery
1 tsp salt or salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves to garnish
For masale:
1/2 tsp oil
1 tsp uddina bele/urad dal
1 tsp kadle bele/ chana dal
1/4 tsp menthya/methi seeds
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
4 to 5 red chillies(more or less)
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut(more or less)

Just now stock piled on edible commodities, more of long lasting grains, bajra, jowar, ragi, millets and oats, chickpeas and rajma.Potatoes, onions….. Yavaglu grain kichdi, nam tarahda oota dinda,have taken a break.
