Hello mam.Authentic recipe The older generation prepare it this way_ add thick cooked dal without kattu in the end ( to the leafy veg cooked with green chilly+ jeera paste) after the flame has been put off.
The consistency should be vry thick = muddae. Some add garlic oggarnae to the dal in the end. Inplace of tamrind juice add lemon juice..May be one can yry this Original way as a change in recipee.Thank you.
Please give me palak huli recipe

Thanks swayampaka for replying to my message.
I make this recipe using grated coconut, methi leaves, toor dal and green chillies. I don't use tamarind juice. It tastes good even this way.
Namasthe madam, along with spinach other greens can be added, like amaranth leaves and spinach, is this a good combination ?
