Nice !. Like your traditional Kannada recipes !. I make it by cooking moong dal. That also turns out well. But these days, it is hard to find the Muchore disc- the 3 star one and also the Thengollu disc – the 3 round holes, they all come with the silly flower or clover leaf whatever it is, don't like that. LOL !

I tried muchore yesterday it became to brittle that after putting it for deep fry it broke into pieces what could be the mistake I have made
what should be d temperature while deep frying I am poor in making chakli either I burn them or they donot cook well please educate me
