Description :
Kayo or coconut dose /DOsa is very easy and delicious, gluten free, vegan, breakfast. use tender coconut to make this dosa and no need to ferment the batter.
Ingredients:
½ cup rice (wash and soak in ¾ cup water for 3 to 4 hours or overnight )
3/4 to 1 cup grated coconut( tender coconut is preferable)
little less than 1/2 tsp salt
ALso we need:
Iron tava
Turner and
Oil to make dose
Goes well with kayi chutney or any chutney of your choice.
