This curry leaves chutney powder can be used as side dish to rotti, idli, chapathi, and with hor rice, and you can sprinkle on the bread toast! or while you make the bread sandwich with avocado, tomato onion…..
ಕರಿಬೇವು ನಾವು ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಸೊಪ್ಪು. ವಿಶೇಷ ಘಮವುಳ್ಳ ಈ ಕರಿಬೇವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾಲ್ಸಿಯಮ್, ಕಬ್ಬಿಣ, ನಾರು, ಮುಂತಾದ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಗುಣಗಳಿವೆ. ಹಸಿ ಕರಿಬೇವು ಎಲೆ ತಿನ್ನುವುದರಿಂದ ರಕ್ತ ಬೇಧಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಇನ್ಮೇಲಾದ್ರೂ ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಪಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಎತ್ತಿಡದೆ ಅನ್ನದ ಜೊತೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಊಟ ಮಾಡಿ. ಆಗದೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಚಟ್ನಿಪುಡಿಯನ್ನದರೂ ಮಾಡಿ ಸವಿಯಿರಿ.
ನಾನಿಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೂವರೆ ಕಪ್ಪಿನಷ್ತೇ ಕರಿಬೇವು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿದ್ದೀನಿ, ನಿಮಗೆ ದಂಡೆಯಾಗಿ ಕರಿಬೇವು ಸಿಕ್ಕರೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಈ ಚಟ್ನಿಪುಡಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಸವಿಯಿರಿ.
