ಕರಿಬೇವು ನಾವು ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಸೊಪ್ಪು. ವಿಶೇಷ ಘಮವುಳ್ಳ ಈ ಕರಿಬೇವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾಲ್ಸಿಯಮ್, ಕಬ್ಬಿಣ, ನಾರು, ಮುಂತಾದ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಗುಣಗಳಿವೆ. ಹಸಿ ಕರಿಬೇವು ಎಲೆ ತಿನ್ನುವುದರಿಂದ ರಕ್ತ ಬೇಧಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಇನ್ಮೇಲಾದ್ರೂ ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಪಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಎತ್ತಿಡದೆ ಅನ್ನದ ಜೊತೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಊಟ ಮಾಡಿ. ಆಗದೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಚಟ್ನಿಪುಡಿಯನ್ನದರೂ ಮಾಡಿ ಸವಿಯಿರಿ.
ನಾನಿಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೂವರೆ ಕಪ್ಪಿನಷ್ತೇ ಕರಿಬೇವು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿದ್ದೀನಿ, ನಿಮಗೆ ದಂಡೆಯಾಗಿ ಕರಿಬೇವು ಸಿಕ್ಕರೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಈ ಚಟ್ನಿಪುಡಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಸವಿಯಿರಿ.

Hi… tried this today but the color of the pudi came very red in color… i don't have measuring cups so dont know which i added less or more…tastes good…is there anything i can add to make it look like the color u made and my mixture was not that powdering as well…may be i added oil more… please advice
