Migraine is a headache typically affects one part of the head, throbbing pain usually associated with symptom like nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light, sound and smell a well. This migraine headache can be genetic or environmental. Along with this home remedy that si mixing honey and salt , and eat little by little, try drinking water, place an ice pack, massage may help to relieve and reduce the symptom.
For the headache you get when you are exposed to cold breeze or temperature at home or outside try applying the mix of salt and ghee. It helps to reduce that kind of headache.
Remedy for cold headache:
3 pinches of salt
¼ tsp ghee
Mix it well and apply(rub it) it to the forehead.
Remedy for Migraine
½ tsp salt
½ tsp honey
mix both honey and salt together and take it in a spoon, take little by little with your finger and eat.
