Diabetes is a chronic condition which is high levels of sugar (glucose) in the blood. Insufficient production of insulin, or an inability of the body to properly use insulin causes diabetes.

Remedy 1:
Tender Mango leaves – dry these and powder it, Take 1/2 tsp of dried powder twice a day.
Remedy 2:
very mature curry leaves – around 10 – eat in the morning on empty stomach
Remedy 3:
Insulin leaves( there is a plant called Insulin plant,eating these leaves believed to lower the blood sugar level)
Eat 1 leaf in the morning on empty stomach.
Remedy 4:
Sprout the methi seeds and eat in the morning on empty stomach
Remedy 5:
drinking bitter gourd juice on empty stomach is also beneficial
Remedy 6:
wash and cut two Okra/ bendekayi, soak this in 1/2 cup water overnight, drink the water in the morning on empty stomach.

Eat lot of wholegrain,ban polished, refined stuffs like biscuits, jam, sauce, include lot of fruits, vegetables and nuts in your diet, drink 8 – 12 tumblers of water, break up your meals into small portions, have every 2-3 hours.
Exercise a lot, walk as much you can, don't eat sweets and sugary stuffs, restrict salt, abstain from fast food totally, burgers, chips, sandwiches.
