Remedies:
1 tsp yastimadhu / jeshtamadhu / Licorice / atimadhura
Crush And dry the root and powder this. store it in a container
1 cup water
1/2 tsp ghee
Method:
boil the water, add 1 tsp jeshtamadhu powder and let it boil for 4 to 5 minutes
strain the water, add ghee and mix it
take 1 sip every 5 to 10 minutes. It may induce vomiting. it is ok,.
you can use this same kashaya for 3 days. If you are prone to asthma take this everyday.
NOTE:
People with high bp, and pregnant women should not take this remedy.
Remedy 2:
6 cloves
1/4 cup water
1 tsp honey
Method:
to the boiling water add cloves, boil it until it reduces to 1/2 the quantity
turn off the heat, strain the kashaya to a cup
add 1 tsp of honey and drink this kashaya 3 times a day
Remedy 3:
1 tsp ajwain / omkalu /ajawana
2 cup water
inhaling this ajwain steam will help to clear the blocked passages and congestion
