These are few home remedies along with balanced diet, and exercise which may help in getting better night sleep.
SInce there are many factors contributing to insomnia make sure to know what is causing it and address on that issue as well.
Home remedy for insomnia (ನಿದ್ರಾಹೀನತೆ )
remedies for good sleep
FOr good night sleep along with this remedy, it is important practice discipline(good habits), balanced diet, exercise, and positive thinking
around 20 to 25 doddapatre/ sambar balli leaves
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup water
grind the leaves to a fine paste adding enough water
Strain the juice to a cup, add honey. mix it well.
Drink this juice before going to sleep in the night
Remedy 2:
1 cup water
around 20 mint leaves
soak the mint leaves in the water for minimum 1/2 an hour.
Drink this water before going to bed in the night
Remedy 3:
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/4 tsp ghee
1 banana cut into small pieces
Heat the ghee in a ladle, fry the jeera powder until you get a nice aroma. turn off the heat and add this to the banana pieces. mix it well. Eat this before going to bed in the night
