Ingredients:
1 heerekayi/ridge gourd /heerekai
¾ cup grated coconut
¾ tsp uddina bele/urad dal
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp salt
marble size tamarind
around 1 cup water
guntur red chillies 4 , byadgi red chillies 5
For seasoning:
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp uddina bele/urad dal
1 red chilli
