Ingredients:
For making the Jackfruit pakoda for manchurian:
1 inch piece ginger,
8 small cloves of garlic
3 tbsp kadale hittu / besan flour
2.5 to 3 tbsp corn flour
2.5 to 3 tbsp maida / all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder or to taste
1/4 tsp jeerige menasina pudi(optional)
1/2 tbsp salt or salt to taste
water as needed
For seasoning:
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera cumin seeds
4 finely chopped green chillies
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
6 small cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
3/4 cup finely chopped tomato
chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp jaggery
some lemon juice
oil to fry and for seasoning
