Description :

Vegan, gluten free, and delicious green chili gojju recipe. Tasty side dish goes well with rice, rotti, rotis….
Ingredients:
For grinding:
around 10 green chillies
¾ tsp mustard seeds
1 cup grated fresh coconut
For seasoning:
1 tbsp oil ( you can add more )
1/8 tsp hing/asafetida
½ tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal / uddina bele
1/2 tsp kadle bele / chana dal
1 byadgi red chillies (broken pieces)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Also we need:
few curry leaves
1/2 tbsp rock salt or salt to taste
generous amount of jaggery
small key lime size tamarind
around 1.5 cup water
chopped coriander leaves
