around 3 cups of cooked rice
For seasoning:
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp uddina bele/urad dal/black gram
1 tsp black gram/chana dal
4 to 6 green chilies
~1/4 tsp turmeric powder
few curry leaves
chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp salt or salt to taste
juice of a lemon /lime to taste
1/4 fresh grated coconut
