Coriander Rice Recipe with Cucumber Raita | Coriander pulav | No Onion No Garlic Recipe

No Onion No Garlic, Vegan, Gluten free coriander rice or coriander pulav is perfect for lunch box, this is quick and easy, with minimal ingredients.
With cucumber and tomato raytha this kottambari soppina anna is very tasty.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice, wash and drain and the water. keep it aside until you prepare the masala
2 cups water
For grinding – Masale:
1 bing bunch or handful coriander leaves(wash thoroughly)
½ tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp jeera
¼ tsp fennel seeds/somp
7 to 8 green chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 inch cinnamon piece
4 cloves
1 inch ginger
¼ cup coconut
For seasoning:
3 tbsp of oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp jeera /cumin seeds
(if you want you can add clove of garlic here)
add little water and grind it to a fine paste

1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 green chilli (cut)
Vegetables-
1 cup soaked or fresh peas
1 cup cut carrots and cut beans
For raitha:
1 cup yogurt
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped tomato
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of sugar
