easy to make chapparada avarekai palya . masale palya which is #vegan and #glutenfree
Ingredients:
2.5 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 kg chapparada avarekayi / flat beans
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1 inch fresh ginger
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dania powder/coriander seeds powder (raw)
1 tsp jeera powder (raw)
3/4 tbsp red chilli powder
10 curry leaves
around 2 tbsp water
juice of half a lemon /lime
1 tsp salt or salt to taste

Without onion and garlic it will be good. The smell of avarekai will not get . Otherwise the curry will be good with masala.
Goes well with rice/ cracked wheat/ brown rice or rotti/chapathi.
Make sure to remove naaru ( a thin string on one side of it) if it is balatha chapparadha avarekai like we see on Gori kai
Can we do cluster beans in same way ?
