The poha will be raw in taste.
If u soak it in sprinkled water, it will be more soft , no?
I used to make mixture with aval. Just add 1 tbsp of oil. Add chilli powder, hing, & salt. Mix & Fry , till the poha is crispy & ready to eat. Add some groundnuts or cashew nuts& some curry leaves.
