ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಂಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅಂದರೆ ಹಸಿ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನ (ಅಥವಾ ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು) ಜೊತೆ ಹಸಿ ಬೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಕುಟ್ಟಿ ಸೇರಿಸುವುದು ಅಂತ. ತೆಂಗಿನ ತುರಿ, ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಇಷ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಸೇರಿಸಬಹುದು. ಪಾಕ ಮಾಡ್ತೇವೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಅದು ಉಂಡೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ.
