Ingredients:-
2 tbsp. Butter
1 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup Cheese, grated
4 packs Maggi Masala
Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper
4 packs Maggi

Method:-
1. In a saucepan, melt butter on a low flame and add flour to it and make a roux.
2. Add milk to this and whisk until smooth.
3. Now add cheese and whisk until smooth.
4. Then add Maggi Masala, salt, ground black pepper, and whisk.
5. In another cooking pot, cook Maggi in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and transfer it to the sauce and mix well.
6. Serve to pipe hot!

Mac and Cheese Style Maggi are ready to serve!
