स्वाद अनुसार के साथ जानिए तरबूज का रस बनाने का तरीका।
On really scorching days, when the sun shines bright, a glass full of chilled fruit juice is all you need to refresh yourself. Watermelon is the perfect summer fruit that keeps you hydrated during this scorching season.
Ingredients:
तरबूज – 3 Cups Water Melon
रोज़ सिरप — 2 tbsp Rose Syrup
चाट मसाला – 1/2 tbsp / Chat Masala
नींबू / Lemon
बर्फ के टुकड़े / Ice Cubes
पुदीना के पत्ते / Mint Leaves
Method:
– In a blender, add 3 cups of watermelon pieces, 2 tbsp. of rose syrup, 1/2 tbsp. of chaat masala and lemon juice and blend it.
– Strain the liquid in order to get rid of all the seeds.
– Add a few ice cubes, few slices of lime and some mint leaves.
– Refrigerate it to enjoy a chilled watermelon cooler.
