Veg Seekh Kebab is an easy to make quick homemade starter recipe.

Ingredients:

उबलेऔर मसले हुए आलू / Potato (boiled)
बारीक कटी हुई शिमला मिर्च / Capsicum
टोस्टेड ब्रेड क्रंब्स / Bread Crumbs
धनिया पत्ता / Coriander leaves
वोस्टरशायर सॉस / Worcestershire sauce
सूखा अजवाइन
नींबू / Lemon
प्याज और लहसुन का पेस्ट / Onion & Garlic Paste
पीसी हुई चीनी / Sugar
बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च / Green Chilli
मकई का आटा / Corn Flour
नमक / Salt
परोसने के लिए हरी चट्नी / Green Chutney

Method:
– Combine the mashed potatoes, green capsicum (bell peppers), coriander leaves, garlic and onion paste, cornflour, green chillies, powdered sugar, dry celery and salt in a bowl and mix them with your hands to make an even mixture.
– Make even cylindrical kebabs out of the mixture.
– Dip the cylindrical kebabs in some Worcestershire sauce and roll them into toasted bread crumbs.
– Deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.
– Serve hot with some coriander chutney.
