Ingredients
– Rice
– 1 chopped red capsicum
– 1 chopped yellow capsicum
– chopped celery
– 2 tsp mustard paste
– 2 tsp honey
– salted peanuts
– leaves of celery
– coriander leaves
– 2 tsp of salt
– black pepper
Method
– Mix together rice, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, celery, mustard paste and honey.
– Dry roast the salted peanuts and crush it then add to the rice.
– Add leaves of celery, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper.
– Nutty Rice Salad is ready to be served.
