Pav Bhaji is an popular street food of Mumbai. It is delicious and yummy and also quick & easy to make. Watch and learn only on Swaad Anusaar

Ingredients
– Oil
– Butter
– 3 tsp of Chopped ginger
– 1 tsp chopped green chillies
– 2 chopped onion
– 4-5 chopped tomatoes
– 11/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp red chilli powder
– tomato puree
– 4-5 boiled potatoes
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 cup of peas
– 1 cup water
– 2-3 tsp of pav bhaji masala
– 2 chopped capsicum
– 1 tsp sugar (optional)
-1 tsp tomato ketchup(optional)
– juice of half lemon
– chopped coriander leaves

Method
– In a pan add oil and butter then add ginger and green chillies and let it cook properly

– Add onion and cook them until they turn pink then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and tomato puree

– Add boiled potatoes and water and mash it

– Add peas and mix it properly, then add water and cook properly

– Add pav bhaji masala, capsicum, sugar, tomato ketchup,juice of half lemon and coriander leaves and top it with some butter

– Apply butter on the pav and then roast it on heated pan

– Pav Bhaji is ready to be served
