Paneer Pakoda is delicious and yummy Indian cottage cheese fritter recipe .So with chef Seema learn how to make Paneer Pakoda at home only on Swaad Anusaar

Ingredients
Paneer cubes
salt
red chilli powder
besan
red chilli powder
turmeric
1 tsp of ajwain
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of green chillies
coriander leaves
water
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

Method
-Apply salt and red chilli powder to the paneer cubes
-In a cup of besan add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, ajwain, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander and water
-Make the batter of pouring consistency
-Add breadcrumbs to the batter
-Apply green chutney to the paneer cube and dip them into the batter
-Fry them into the heated oil
-Once they turn golden brown take them off
-Paneer Pakoda is ready to be served
